    Now in its latest MkIII version, the Harman Kardon Soundsticks remain an icon.

    Designed to sound clear, loud and a massive improvement on typical multi-media speakers, the Soundsticks III speaker package doesn't just look good but sounds great, too. With 4 drivers per "stick", the Soundsticks deliver a broad sweep of sound with excellent detail and imaging. Matching this high performance top-end and mid is a powerful bass response from the separate subwoofer. With its own enclosure and a 6" woofer, the power of this system is a match for many home hi-fi systems.

    Built using clear Perspex the Soundsticks look superb - pump up the volume and you can actually see the subwoofer pounding out the basslines! Added flexibility comes from a speaker mounted volume control and built-in speaker stands for the Soundsticks IIIs.

    This page is intended to demonstrate the incredible value of our 5 Year Supercare. Under recent legislation, we are obliged to point out that you obviously do not need to purchase an extended warranty at the same time you purchase your electrical goods and are entitled to shop around. We have been encouraging our customers to do just that for years because, not only are our prices significantly cheaper than our competitors, but just look at what else we include:

    Full parts and labour cover
    Should you encounter a problem, just ask and you'll be provided with a unit to ensure you're not without music whilst your equipment is being fixed.

    Pick up and drop off at your home
    If, for any reason, we are unable to repair your unit, we'll replace it. Naturally, models do change so, while we can't guarantee that it will be the same model, we do guarantee that it will have equivalent specifications.

    Like for like machine replacement if unit is unrepairable
    Have your unit serviced as often as you wish, free of charge, during the 5 year period. (Normally excluded from extended guarantees).

    45 Day Cooling Off Period
    If you're not happy with our 5 Year Supercare package just ask for a full refund - no questions asked. After 45 days, providing no claim has been made, you can also terminate the agreement and receive a pro-rata refund.

    If you don't use it, it won't cost you a thing!

    * Simply return your unused Supercare policy within one month of the expiration date, and we'll refund the price of your warranty.

    DELIVERY INFORMATION

    All orders are shipped via our friends at DPD, except high value desirable items such as plasma and LCD TVs over 37 inches, which are sent fully insured with a specialist carrier.

    If this is your first order with us, please ensure that the only address you enter is the credit card billing address, as this is the only address to which we can deliver. If you have previously placed an order on our website, you will be offered an alternative delivery address if your order value is
    less than £500. Also, ensure you only click the submit order button once, as it will take a minute or so to process.

    Delivery occurs within 5 working days (unless ordered on a 1-3 working days service). If after this time you have still to take receipt of your order email webaftersales@richersounds.com providing your order number, name, address, and brief details of what you ordered. We strive to answer all queries within a working day, although at busy times we do ask that you bear with us. Please submit your query only once, as repeated emails/telephone calls only serves to slow down our response time and can result in further delays to your order.

    All deliveries must be signed for. They will NOT be left in garages, sheds, outside loos, porches etc. You must examine the goods before signing for them to ensure they are in good condition - if packaging is damaged please do not accept goods. Instead notify us as soon as possible. If there is no-one in to sign for the goods, they will be taken back to the courier depot and a card left.

    If we are out of stock of an item or there is a problem, we will contact you as soon as is possible.

     
    DELIVERY TRACKING

    Once you have placed an order and the order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail (usually the day before delivery) from DPD containing your tracking information. Please note that this does not apply to plasma screens or accessories such as remote controls, cables, leads etc.
