The Pro-Ject Phono Box USB Variable not only caters for both MM and MC cartridges but, as the name suggests, features a USB socket and variable recording gain. This nifty device accepts an analogue MM or MC signal from your turntable and then converts it, via Analogue to Digital converter to a digital signal that your computer will understand. The variable output gain ensures that you can adjust the output to avoid distortion.
