  Tim, Store Manager

  The big cheese of the shop. After 9 years of service Tim is a self proclaimed genius in all fields. Having spent many years installing all different types of equipment into homes he can always find the right products for you, be it wireless multiroom, 3d, projectors or simple hi-fi, Tim has been there, done it and most of the time got the t-shirt. When not in the shop Tim enjoys rebuilding his house, mountain biking and staring into a mirror.

  James, Deputy Manager

  James has been with us for 1 and half years now and has already found himself as Deputy Manager. No nonsense James loves to talk films and games all day. His extensive knowledge of the cinema world means he can put together an awesome system to suit any budget. When not at work he enjoys staring at his massive Blu-ray collection and playing Xbox.

  Rich, Admin Manager

  Good old Richard has travelled a bit of late, originally from Nottingham he found himself in Peterborough and we are now proud to have him here with us. Being a veteran of the electronics industry there is nothing he can’t tell you or find out for you. His customer service is wonderful and will always make you smile. When at home he enjoys cars, motor sport and meerkats.

  After 15 years here he has earned the title (the old man). He knows everything worth knowing, his years of experience mean he can give you the best service and knowledge there is. Be it past or present products he can deal with any questions. Especially fond of traditional HiFi if you like music as much as Harry come down for a chat he’s always happy to help. When at home you’ll find him cheering on Manchester United and rocking out to Megadeth.

  After 10 years Brian still has the energy from when he first started. When not dancing behind the counter and singing into a stapler he will provide a unique experience that will leave you smiling from ear to ear. Be it surround sound, hi-fi or TV he knows his stuff and will gladly impart this knowledge to you (and anyone else in a 3m radius). Crazy but lovable, come down and he’ll change your day.

  Ben has been with us for 5 years now, a seasoned veteran in technology. If he doesn’t know it he’ll find out, always available to listen to you needs and come up with the best solution. His customer service is second to none and has product knowledge to match. When at home Ben enjoys playing guitar, shooting zombies on his Xbox and finding new Indie music bands.

  Fresh from the computer games industry, Kylie is our newest addition. She’s already proven a favourite with customers and will always be available to listen to your needs. Picking things up quickly she will ensure you get what you need. When at home she enjoys playing Xbox online and listening to music.

  You won't see much of this guy but he'll be helping you out just the same, either by answering the phone or retrieving your goodies from the stock room. We'll often badger him to fetch the boxes we just don't want to and he spends most of the day on hand cleaning up the mess we make - an extremely valuable team member I think you'll agree!
