  Phil, Store Manager

  From LA to L8, globetrotting DJ Phil has been dishing out his hi-fi and TV knowledge for over 8 years! Obsessively tidy Phil hates clutter and visible cabling and has been known to go to extraordinary lengths to keep it hidden, making his missus a very happy lady in the process. If you're after info on a tidy install or fancy a new amplifier for your bangin' beats, Phil knows the store and its contents better than anyone and will be only too pleased to impart his knowledge.

  Diego, Deputy Manager

  Found in a jungle after being reared by wolves, Diego developed skills many thought impossible or at very least improbable for someone of his background. After many years of training he learnt to balance on two feet and indeed now balances on two wheels as a budding Valentino Rossi (he wishes). He has been travelling Europe to find his ancestors and not as he says (yes he talks) to watch the footy. Diggers (to his mates) is a big gamer so therefore loves his flat screens, what better reason to pop down and see him today!

  Justin is the man for everything from THX to VCD. Frank Skinner look-a-like Justin is rather partial to 70's prog-rock (so you might want to avoid the subject of music!) and has a DVD collection bigger than the USAs trade deficit with China. Justin has been a true AV enthusiast for over twenty years and there is nothing this man does not know about how to set up TVs and hi-fi's. Just don't get him started on Rick Wakeman, or we'll be one stop from 24-hour opening!

  Straight out of a year long vacation in, erm, the Chester store, young stud muffin Chris is back to please his fans! Probably the world's biggest Bob Dylan fan, this boy will take all your desires seriously and knows as much as can be known about the latest technologies, from music servers to MP3. Shamone!

  Kelvin or “The Kelvinator” as we like to call him is our latest recruit! He’s pushed boundaries into new places for us, as he actually installed all his own equipment in a showroom style AND has used wireless networking and streaming throughout! This means he’s as cutting edge as, well, as wireless streaming your music and video in glorious HD throughout your house! He may be new to us here but he rivals Steve when it comes to geeky tech and as such is your man for all your future-tech needs. Give him a call or come down and see him today!   Steve (or Spock as we like to call him) is a technology guru. Having seen the light and joined us from a high street rival, Steve is never happier than when dispensing his knowledge on all things AV and TV. Steve's real passion though is 2 channel hi-fi and having built his own amplifier for part of his university degree, he can nerd it up with the best of them. In fact, many a day we have arrived to the store and found schematics for coffee-making-CD-players and wind powered DAB tuners lying about.
