Hi and welcome to Richer Sounds Croydon!

At Richer Sounds in leafy South Croydon we pride ourselves mainly on our customer service, not just our technical expertise. We've done our best to create a warm, friendly atmosphere which we're sure you'll enjoy on your visit. Having the best prices in town (GUARANTEED - call us for details) and a team with over 60 years of experience in the company between us has earned the store the unchallenged position of the number one destination for audio/visual equipment in Croydon.

Parking is FREE all day on Sundays next to the store (parking in the centre of town has 24 hour restrictions). Mondays - Saturdays (including Bank Holidays) there are charges from 9am - 5pm but when you buy from us WE WILL PAY FOR YOUR PARKING. Just make sure you display a valid ticket for the duration of your visit before we reimburse you. If you're after a specific item, do give us a call before you come down, we can check to see if the item you're after is in stock and we can reserve it for you; no deposit needed, no obligation to purchase.

The store is located very near South Croydon train station and bus garage so there are plenty of ways to get here from anywhere in South London or the surrounding areas:

By bus…
The 60, 119, 166, 312, 405, 407, 455, 466 and 468 all stop outside or near the store. Coming from South Croydon the bus stop is next to the Cycle King store; turn right when leaving the bus and walk to the Barclays Bank on the corner to see us. Coming from Central Croydon the bus stops are on the same side of the road. The 403 and 412 stop right outside, the rest stop about 100 metres past the store.

By train…
From South Croydon Station -
Regular trains run from Central London, Redhill, Reigate, Tattenham Corner and Caterham. To find our store, exit the station via the Croham Road exit and turn right down the hill. At the roundabout, take the second exit and continue until you see the Swan and Sugar Loaf pub on your left. We are on the right hand side, past Ledbury Road. In total it's about a five minute walk.

From East Croydon Station -
Frequent trains run from Central London, Brighton, Gatwick, Guildford, Tonbridge, East Grinstead and Bedford. Leave the station by the main exit to find the bus station straight in front of you. From here you can get the 312 or 466 buses, which both stop very near the shop. The Swan and Sugar Loaf bus stop is opposite the Cycle King store; alight here, turn left and walk for about 1 minute.

From West Croydon Station -
Trains run regularly from Dalston, New Cross, Crystal Palace, Tulse Hill, Horsham and Sutton. After leaving the station by the main exit, turn left round the corner to find the bus station. The 60, 166 and 407 buses stop very near the shop. The Swan and Sugar Loaf bus stop is opposite the Cycle King store; alight here, turn left and walk for about 1 minute. The 412 stops right outside our shop.

Feel free to bring your bike into the shop, that way we know no-one's going to run off with it!

Reeves Corner / Church Street - 10 - 15 minutes walk.

By car…
Our store is located at the point where the Brighton Road becomes South End. We are also 5 minute's drive from the Purley Way (A23), directions are below. Parking can be found adjacent to us on Ledbury Road on the pay and display meters (free parking on Sundays), or at the large bay 100 metres away from us on the same side of the road. Remember, we will pay for your parking!
