  Neil, Store Manager

  12 years experience and counting, Neil is madder than a barrell full of monkeys. As a very experienced manager you are sure to be impressed with his customer service and technical knowledge. Nothing makes him more happy than seeing his customers leaving with smiles on their faces. In his spare time he likes to go fishing and trying to keep fit and his two young children certainly help with the latter.

  As a long-standing member of the Richer Sounds family (that's long not tall) Toby possesses the knowledge and expertise to delight you in every nook and cranny of home entertainment. With ten years under his belt he knows how to tailor your individual needs and requirements - just don't wear platforms around him!

  Kieren, Sales Consultant

  A genuine nice guy, Kieren has a wealth of sales experience from selling cars to croutons. He can tailor any system to your needs and will bend over backwards to make sure you're happy with your purchase. Please dont ask him to tell you one of his jokes and take cover if you hear any 90's rave music playing in the shop as he and his white gloves could take your head off trying to throw some shapes.

  Usually seen behind a huge stack of vinyl, Nick has worked at Richer Sounds for ten years and his wealth of experience will astound you! Easy going and keen to help, he is particularly useful in the area of subwoofers and annoying the neighbours.

  Dan has moved up from stockroom controller to a fully fledged sales advisor. He is very keen and happy to help in any way possible. His bright and bubbly personality is sure to make your visit a special one. PS. I took this from his online dating profile!

  Steve has a long background in retail so has had no trouble fitting in to the fast paced environment of Richer Sounds Reading. He has great customer service and his product knowledge is getting better by the day. Steve has a passion for badminton and when not at work he loves nothing more than wacking a few cocks around the court. Are those shorts a bit tight Steve?

  Joe, Trainee Sales

  Joe (or Justin) is our newest recruit to Reading team. Following in many of his brothers footsteps into the journey of Richer Sounds employment. Don't be fooled by his boyish looks, Joe is as techy as they come and has taught us oldies here a thing or two about up and coming technology. We are amazed his Justin Beiber tribute act hasn't taken him on a path to fame and fortune. We are however very pleased to have him on board. He is sure to give you a lesson in how customer service is meant to be.

  Richer Sounds in Reading accommodates a fully qualified engineer. Satnam has heaps of experience in the trade. Fixing more things than Jimmy Saville's had hot dinners. If you need anything repaired its worth a call to see if we can help. Out of warranty repairs have an initial estimate charge of £40 - parts and labour will be added depending on the fault. Repairs can be booked in 7 days a week with any colleague in-store.
